We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks in advance before your event. For more complex or extraordinary designs, please allow us some extra time to avoid any disappointment. We do occasionally have short-notice availability, so it's always worth contacting us.
Yes, we require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking and begin the process of your custom order. The remaining balance is due before or on collection/delivery.
This option may not always be available. Minor changes may be possible depending on how far in advance you contact us. Changes to design or flavour can typically be accommodated if made at least 1 week before your collection or delivery date.
Yes! Every cake we create is bespoke. We'll work with you to understand your vision and create a unique design to bring your dream cake to life. From colour palettes and themes to specific decorative elements — nothing is off the table.
We're constantly developing new flavour combinations. Our current signature flavours include: Chocolate, Caramel & Hazelnut, Pistachio & Raspberry, and Mango, Passion Fruit & Almond. Contact us to see the full flavour list and what's currently available — we add new creations regularly.
Our mousse cakes contain several different allergens including nuts, gelatine, soya, dairy, and eggs. Please contact us with any allergies or dietary requirements so we can advise accordingly.
Allergen notice: All our cakes are made in an environment where nuts, dairy, eggs, soya, and gelatine are present.
Our mousse cakes are best consumed within 2-3 days of collection or delivery and should at all times be refrigerated. We recommend allowing the cake to come to room temperature for 15-20 minutes before serving for the best flavour and texture experience.
Yes! We offer local delivery across Romford, Brentwood, Hornchurch, and surrounding Essex areas. Delivery charges apply depending on distance. Please view our delivery areas or enquire for details.
Mousse cakes should at all times be kept cool (e.g., keeping the AC on in the car). The cake must be kept level and flat — in the boot or by the feet — and you should avoid any sudden movement. Please keep in mind that any cakes taken out of our premises become your responsibility.
Pricing varies based on size, complexity of design, and decorative elements. Each cake is priced individually. Please contact us with your requirements and we'll provide a personalised quote — no obligation.
We accept both bank transfers and cash. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order, with the remaining balance due before or on collection/delivery.
